Enter the Corruption: Vector"Kara!  KARA!!"  Melarn tore through the jungle foliage, rushing headlong towards the Crater, knowing in his heart that whatever was going on, he would be too late to stop it.. but he refused to stand by idly while his daughter was in peril.  Teba followed close behind him, though her knowledge of what was transpiring didn't come from dread or from the heart..  The surge of sudden pain, of fear, of horror, coming from some point ahead of them, told her all she needed to know.   
 They were already too late.   
 Then Teba felt something else, something.. indescribable.  Enter the Corruption: Vector

Enter the Corruption: SpreadThe yellow-orange orb of Al'Har continued in its implacable journey across the sky, fully illuminating the pockmarked crater beneath as the star reached its zenith.  The blue glow that emanated from within was just barely visible at the high altitudes; it would have been clearly visible for miles around, save that the dense foliage landscape surrounding it blocked out most of the light, keeping it from penetrating more than a few dozen meters into the jungle.  Not to mention the fact that it was now in the general vicinity of high noon, and so the color and glow would have been all washed out anyway.

Enter the Corruption:InfectionThere were tales among the local Korunnai concerning the happenings at the crater, strange tales that were often denounced as the rambling ghost stories of the uncivilized primitives.  Tales of a strange being in blue armor, a being that spoke with no voice, yet the words echoed in the mind; a being that could vanish for days and then mysteriously reappear within the crater without any noticeable transition; a being that could control others: the creatures of the jungle, even the jungle itself.  In short, a typically exaggerated story told by fearful primitives in an attempt to ward others away from "dangers they could nev Enter the Corruption:Infection

Well, very soon now, I shall be releasing the first installment in a story arc I've been working on for quite a while.. assuming, of course, that I have all the proper internet access when the release date arrives. Which is entirely up in the air at the moment.
But, regardless.. It is being posted on a private forum site, as part of an RP.. but a good portion of it, mostly at the beginning, will be solo. And THAT is going to be posted on HERE before it goes up on the forums. I'll be providing a semi-brief background story before it goes up, for those who are entirely unfamiliar with it. Not right now, though, as my current time is somewhat limited..

I've been looking forward to this for far, FAR too long. The stages are being set, the scripts are being developed.. and the players are all ready to take their places. :D

Soon, my chaos shall reign supreme...
